About Us
Established in 2021, The Iyanola Foundation is a charity regulated by the Charity Commission in England. We are registered as a foundation model Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Our efforts are exclusively targeted at the island of St Lucia. Where we are focused on reducing the barriers faced by our beneficiaries experiencing food poverty or crisis. We relieve child poverty by working closely with schools to deliver projects such as our free school meals project. We alleviate crisis by ensuring that we have the right logistics in place to provide material support to enable people to recover from natural or man made disaster.
Our trustees support the charity on a voluntary basis to ensure we deliver our shared vision of Reliving Poverty and Alleviating Crisis. Meet our trustees:

Eustace Antonius Meliat

Eustace Antonius Meliat took up his post as Chair of The Iyanlola Foundation having had previous experience as a trustee of Brent Family Support Project.
Antonius was born in St Lucia and attended school there up to the age of 20 before pursuing tertiary education in the United Kingdom (UK). Since then Antonius has worked in the UK, mainly the Social Housing and Information Technology sectors.
Antonius currently works in a consulting capacity, helping organisations achieve digital transformation through the implementation of the latest Microsoft Business applications.

Daron Lubrin

Daron Lubrin born in Castries, St.Lucia, moved to the United States in 1996. There he found a home in Brooklyn, NY. He has expertise in mechanical plumbing and engineering, spanning a career of over 20 years. Daron is currently a supervisor for a plumbing company in NYC.

David Vitalis

David Vitalis is the Operations Lead of The Iyanola Foundation and serves on its board of Trustees.
Born in St Lucia, David spent 18 yrs in the British Army until 2020 leaving at the rank of Staff Sergeant where he was responsible for troop development and operations, including end-to-end logistics management. David currently works as a Logistics Specialist.
Prior to moving to the UK David attended the Castries Comprehensive Secondary School and Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (DTEMS)

Sylvette Constable-Wilson

Sylvette has over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her current focus is lifestyle change, health and wellbeing.
Sylvette runs a business which caters for the dietary needs of the health conscious market. She has a keen interest in the benefits of good nutrition in reducing the risk of disease such as cancer an other ailments.
